The ketogenic diet or keto diet follows low carbohydrate, high fat, and medium proteins that provide you various benefits to health. many studies and research say this keto diet model will ensure weight loss and gain many health benefits. 2. Cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD)

The cyclical ketogenic diet is a cyclic method of diet. per week you should follow high fat and low carbs for 5 days and in 2 days you switch to high carbs and low fat.

3. Targeted ketogenic diet (TKD)

This type will allow you to take carbs according to your workouts.

4. High protein ketogenic diet

Very similar to SKD, but protein percentage may high compare to SKD. 60% fat, 35% protein and 5% carbs.


However, familiar people are advised on the standard ketogenic diets and a high protein ketogenic diet. The cyclical ketogenic diet and Targeted ketogenic diet is very advanced level so it prefers by bodybuilders and athletes.
